A delicate thin scarf, adorned on one side with an original pattern-illustration inspired by L. Panchenko's painting "Kuhutyk" from 1969.
The other side features a crown-worthy quote from the rebellious artist of her time, which we've paraphrased as a symbolic call to action: "Dance to your own tune." Panchenko defied Soviet authority, which detrimentally affected the promotion of her work but contributed to her personal and national identification.
Original quote used: "Those who entered there worked to someone else's tune, while I – to my own. All my life, they imposed politics on me, but I was distant from it. But I always spoke Ukrainian everywhere and always."
