Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on orders over £100. For UK-based deliveries, we aim to have your order arrive within 2-5 days. However, for some items, delivery may take 1-2 weeks as we minimise stock levels to ensure sustainable production. The estimated delivery time is displayed under each product while shopping.

Although we are a UK-based company, we ship to all European countries, as well as the USA, Canada, and Australia. You can place your order online, or feel free to contact us at official@sonilondon.com for assistance in ensuring a smooth shipping process.

Returns

We do everything for you to love your SONI London pieces. However, if for some reason you wish to return an item, you have 14 days to do so from the date your item was delivered.

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price, minus a £25 return shipping fee, directly to the original method of payment used. Please allow 5 working days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted only if the swing tag attached to your SONI London item remains untampered with, and the garment is returned in the same condition it was sent.

If the item has been worn or damaged, or the tag is missing, or the 14-day return window has passed, we will not be able to accept your return and will send it back to you.

Please note:

All pre-order items are non-refundable as they are made to order. However, we are happy to offer an exchange within the same designer for another item of equal value.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards available for purchase on our website in the amounts of £100, £200, £500, or a custom amount of your choice. These gift cards are valid exclusively for purchasing accessories, including jewellery, bags, and scarves. Upon request, we can design and ship a physical card to you, perfect for gifting. To place an order, please email us at official@sonilondon.com, and we will process it for you.

How do I return an item?

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

  1. If you wish to return an item purchased online please e-mail us at official@sonilondon.com within 14 days of receiving your items.
  2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return with the instructions.
  3. Close the package securely to avoid any damage. 
  4. Attach the shipping label to your package. Make sure that you cover or remove any previous tracking labels on your package.
  5. Send it from Evri. You can find a shipping location near you here.

International Orders Refund/Exchange Policy

For international orders, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
